Wrightbus, Coachtraders and Minibus Options have joined the expanding list of vehicle suppliers to confirm their presence at Euro Bus Expo 2026 as momentum around the UK’s leading coach and bus trade show continues to build.

They join 80 exhibitors already signed up for the biennial event, which will return to the NEC Birmingham on 3-5 November 2026.

The early exhibitor list is live on the show website to give visitors and prospective participants a first look at the industry members that are already involved. Over 200 suppliers are ultimately expected to take part, covering every part of fleet operations.

Vehicle manufacturers, converters and dealers already confirmed for the show include BASE Coach Sales, Coachtraders, GM Coachwork, Irizar UK, Minibus Options, Pelican Bus and Coach, PHVC Minibus Leasing and Fleet Suppliers, VDL Van Hool, and Wrightbus.

In 2024, Euro Bus Expo hosted 25 vehicle exhibitors and 75 vehicles. Organiser Diversified UK and Europe is anticipating similar representation in 2026 as bookings continue to be made.

Confirmed technology exhibitors for 2026 include eCoachManager, Envevo, INIT, Journeo, Mix Telematics, Navaho/Ocular, Road Tech, Timespace Technology, TransMach Systems, and Zenobē. They will showcase solutions for ticketing, data, depot energy management, fleet optimisation, and more.

Returning show features will include the Ride and Drive experience, the Zero Emission Zone, and the Innovation Challenge, which is open to all exhibitors wishing to spotlight product development and fresh thinking across the sector.

The Euro Bus Expo Connect platform will also return. It allows attendees to pre-book meetings, plan itineraries, and access the dedicated Connect Lounge for focused networking.

Confirmed names from across the wider supply chain include Altro, C9 Recruitment, Chapman Driver Seating, Excel Resourcing, Gallagher Insurance Brokers, Kiel Seating, Lazzerini, Leyland Hose, Maha UK, MBE Fabrication, Premier Pits, Stoke Park Finance, TD Tyres, Totalkare, and Ventura Systems.

The ever-popular Masterclass Theatre will return to Euro Bus Expo 2026 for sharing of industry-specific knowledge

Says Event Director Helen Conway: ā€œThe pace of bookings shows how much value the industry places on a show that delivers. From the latest vehicles and fleet technology to interiors, finance, and recruitment, Euro Bus Expo will once again reflect the full operational landscape.ā€

Organised by Diversified UK and Europe and backed by routeone, Euro Bus Expo is built around operator and supplier needs, carefully timed to avoid peak operational periods and shaped in consultation with the sector. The show is valued for its practical focus and proven track record anchored on longstanding collaboration with the industry.

Says Graham Vidler, CEO, Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT): “CPT is proud to support Euro Bus Expo as the UK’s national exhibition for the coach and bus industry. Built in consultation with operators and suppliers, it reflects what works – a focused, biennial event, timed to suit the industry and trusted for its ability to deliver meaningful engagement.”

ā€œWhether you are reviewing your fleet, exploring new solutions or planning ahead, Euro Bus Expo brings the sector together,ā€ Helen continues. ā€œWe are looking forward to building on the momentum already seen.ā€

The 2024 edition of Euro Bus Expo welcomed more than 7,000 professionals, hosted over 190 exhibitors, and featured 28 free seminars delivered by 47 expert speakers.

The Masterclass Theatre will return in 2026 with a new programme shaped around operator priorities including decarbonisation, compliance, accessibility, digitalisation, efficiency, and workforce development. All 2024 sessions are available on demand via the show website.

Running concurrently on the evening of 4 November 2026, the routeone Awards will offer a major opportunity for celebration and networking. Tickets for the 2025 presentation evening on 13 November are now on sale at £205 plus VAT via the routeone Awards website.

Suppliers interested in reaching decisionmakers from across the coach, bus and mini vehicle sector at Euro Bus Expo 2026 should contact Sales Manager Martin Laverton via email at [email protected] to discuss opportunities.
