Hattie, one of the original Skegness Seasiders, has been retired and transformed by Stagecoach East Midlands to bring communities together and promote health and well-being.

Hattie will promote a safe place for people to come along and chat, and includes new seating areas and tables, tea and coffee making facilities and games.
It is being launched at Louth market on 15 June.
The initiative is part of Stagecoach East Midlands’ efforts to offer support and advice about mental health, after signing the ‘Time to Talk’ pledge in February, to pledge to provide support to employees.
As well as offering information and access to mental health support for staff, Stagecoach have gone further and extended this to the public through events and other initiatives. Hattie is one way in which Stagecoach hope to support those in the wider community.
