Following the recent successful testing at Millbrook of the Baumot BNOx exhaust aftertreatment system on the Scania K360 Coach, Baumot UK have now received orders from two London coach operators.

Lewis Coaches of London who are in their 100th year of operation, and London’s oldest coach operator, are looking to upgrade to Euro 6 and have chosen the Baumot BNOx system.

Keith Payne a Director of the company says: “With a family-based business such as ours, it was felt that we needed to continue with a friendly and helpful company, so we contacted Baumot UK to source a solution and they fitted the bill perfectly.”

Heathrow-based Airport Bus Express, which is owned by Autostradale, is the second operator. It has a fleet of Scania K360’s, operating between London and Stanstead airport.

Following Baumot’s success in securing DEFRA vehicle testing funding more coach and bus models are being added to their portfolio over the coming months.
