The most satisfied bus customers in England and Scotland are those of Stagecoach in Tayside and Central, according to the Bus Passenger Survey.
Transport Focus’ annual survey shows a 97% overall satisfaction score for the operator.
In England the highest score was 96%, for both Trentbarton and Oxford Bus park-and-ride.
