The Federation of Passenger Transport Northern Ireland (FPT NI) hosted Northern Ireland’s only passenger transport industry event on 8 February.

routeone sponsored the Rising Star award.

Lisa Spence won for her “exceptional organisational skills.” She started at Airporter in the customer service team, moving to Fleet Administrator before becoming part of the Strategic Planning Team.

When announcing the award, Karen Magill, Chief Executive of FPT NI, describes her as an “essential lynchpin between the yard, the fleet, the drivers and the management ensuring the operation runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards.”
