Beverley Bell Consulting to the rescue

We had an issue with the Office of the Traffic Commissioner (I put a tick in the wrong box) which could have resulted in us losing our eight-vehicle standard national licence, and eight people losing their jobs.

The drama had been going on since early March and despite sending multiple emails, the situation was not being resolved.

I had already decided that the only option was to issue notice of termination of employment if I hadn’t heard anything by lunchtime on 1 April, but driving home the previous evening I had a brainwave: I remembered reading about Beverley Bell Consulting in routeone.

At 0900hrs on the dot I called her office, a very nice woman called Diane took my call, and after discussing our plight she arranged a Zoom meeting with Ms Bell at 1030hrs. By 1230hrs the situation was resolved.

I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me and would highly recommend them to any operator out there that needs any advice or help with transport law issues.
