Goldline Executive Travel of London has taken delivery of its first double-decker bus in the form of an Enviro400 supplied by Alexander Dennis.

The arrival continues a strong pathway of vehicle investment by the operator and has been purchased to satisfy growing demand for high-capacity vehicles on private hire duties.

The bus is finished to what the manufacturer says is a “premium specification.” It has 85 seats covered in red and black leather and with three-point belts and is completed externally in the operator’s distinctive livery.

Speaking about the Enviro400 purchase, Goldline Executive Travel Chairman Abdul Rafeeq says: “This is a fantastic addition to our fleet, perfect for any event and ensuring that large groups can travel together in comfort and style.

“When looking for a higher-capacity vehicle, the Enviro400 was the perfect choice for us thanks to the options and bespoke specification offered by Alexander Dennis.”

Adds Alexander Dennis Regional Sales Manager Mark Taylor: “I am delighted to support the Goldline team in the further growth of their business. This order shows the versatility of the Enviro400, which we have been able to finish to a high standard that is bound to make an impression on Goldline’s customers.”
