Victoria Armstrong, Chief Executive of the Community Transport Association, and Laura Hadzik, Partner and Head of Commercial Road Transport at JMW Solicitors, have both been appointed to the Board of Directors for Women in Bus and Coach (WiBC).

Victoria brings a background in disability advocacy, legal expertise and applied social sciences to the organisation, while Laura contributes her extensive expertise in regulatory and compliance matters from across the coach and bus industry.

WiBC says Victoria’s values of equality, diversity and inclusion “align seamlessly” with its objectives, while Laura’s leadership in transport law, passion for supporting operators and “industry-wide recognition” will be invaluable to the board.

Louise Cheeseman, Women in Bus and Coach Chair, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Victoria and Laura to our Board of Directors. Both bring a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted commitment to fostering positive change in the transport sector. Their expertise will be instrumental as we continue to drive forward our mission of creating a more inclusive and supportive industry for women.”
