Alfa Coaches has added a further seven Mercedes-Benz Tourismos to its fleet, which is made up entirely of the type. They have been supplied by EvoBus (UK) and follow 10 Tourismos supplied in 2022 that took the operator to 100% compliance with Euro VI.

Each of the new vehicles is to Alfa Coaches’ standard layout at 12m with 49 seats and a centre toilet. USB charging points, foot rests and drop-down tables also form part of the specification for the Chorley operator.

Speaking about the delivery, Managing Director Emma Russell says: “We are delighted to welcome these new vehicles to the fleet. This is a major investment and it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing customers with high-quality holidays and the highest standards of safety and comfort.

“Coach holidays provide one of the most social and environmentally-friendly ways to travel, and we can’t wait to see our customers enjoying the new coaches when they hit the road.”
