P&O Lloyd Coaches of Bagillt has taken delivery of three more Mercedes-Benz Tourismos, supplied by Daimler Buses UK.

Previous Tourismos purchased by the operator have generated positive feedback from drivers and customers, and they have also delivered strong fuel returns.

Of the new coaches, one is a 12m Tourismo Access that is PSVAR compliant. It was delivered in May. June saw it followed by a further pair of 12m examples (pictured), those finished to Premium Plus specification. All three carry the Flintshire operator’s cream livery.

On the decision to order vehicles to different trim levels, Daimler Buses UK notes that “the operator benefits from two Tourismo specifications as, no matter the journey requirement, its passengers receive a Mercedes-Benz standard of refinement, comfort and safety.”
