Watermill Coaches has once again returned to Pelican Bus and Coach for a new vehicle from the Yutong stable, with the latest arrival for the Fraserburgh fleet a second GT12.

It is the seventh Yutong of all types for Watermill Coaches and was delivered in December 2023, quickly following the first GT12 two months earlier. The latest coach is compliant with PSVAR thanks to a Hidral Gobel lift and a sliding seat design for wheelchair user access.

Power comes from the customary DAF MX-11 engine developing 450bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. Passengers benefit from mood lighting and USB and 240v power sockets. Pelican Area Sales Manager Bob Elliott (pictured, left) handled the sale.

Speaking about the latest delivery, his colleague UK Coach Sales Manager Simon Collins says: “We are very grateful to Watermill Coaches for its support and trust in the product range and Pelican Bus and Coach.

“We look forward to the vehicle being a great servant to the fleet for many years to come.” The latest GT12 is set off by a cherished registration mark and polished alloy wheels.
