Compass Travel’s passenger mobile app, created by UrbanThings, has gone live.

Offering real-time bus tracking, mobile QR ticketing and journey planning, the operator says the solution will be transformational for passengers.

Michael Bishop, Director of Compass Travel, says: “We are thrilled to introduce our new mobile app, which represents a significant step forward in our efforts to modernise public transport for our passengers.

“By providing real-time tracking and easy ticketing options, we aim to make every journey more convenient and enjoyable.”

The Sussex and Surrey operator is also in the process of overhauling its website to enhance cohesion with the app and provide real-time journey data.

Guy Sutherland, Head of Sales at UrbanThings, adds: “Launching the app, with the website well under way, is a testament to our strong collaboration with Compass Travel. We look forward to seeing the tools in action, helping to streamline operations and deliver a superior travel experience to passengers in the area.”
