Fully Booked launches dedicated business profile pages

Coach and minibus booking app Fully Booked has introduced dedicated business profile pages, having reached the milestone of having 500 operators on board.

Fully Booked, which was launched as a website in September 2023 and is now available for Android and iPhone, allows users to submit booking requests and generate quotations from participating operators.

The new business profile pages allow operators to create branded storefronts where customers can browse and book directly. The makers of the app say this “enhances customer engagement and provides operators with a unique online presence”.

Fully Booked, which charges £5 per successful booking, increases customer booking likelihood by 50% compared to traditional methods, according to the team behind it.

Another feature is that operators can use the system to share excess inquiries with each other and earn a share of the booking operator’s earnings.

The supplier says: “After only a year, Fully Booked is becoming essential for UK operators looking to boost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profits. By redefining how transport bookings work, it’s giving the industry’s top operators a competitive edge.”
