Hearn’s Coaches of London has joined the Guild of British Coach Operators. It comes at the same time that the organisation has welcomed Anthony Winson, Director of Loughborough operator Paul S Winson, as incoming Chairman.

Acceptance of Hearn’s into the Guild follows the successful completion of an exacting audit. The business runs 64 coaches from bases in Harrow and Watford. Guild membership sits at 25 with Hearn’s arrival.

Says Managing Director Jamie Thacker (pictured, right): “We are delighted to be joining the Guild at a time when quality is ever more important. Our membership will be invaluable in working with likeminded members, sharing best practice and as a force for good in our industry.”

Mr Winson (pictured, left) succeeds Pulham’s Coaches Director Andy Pulham as Chairman of the Guild after completion of Mr Pulham’s two-year term. He has welcomed Hearn’s Coaches aboard.

“I am so pleased to welcome Jamie and Hearn’s into membership as my first task as Chairman. They are a good fit within our unique organisation and I look forward to working with them and our other members.”
