Passenger Plus has been accepted as a member of the Guild of British Coach Operators following completion of an exacting audit of the Surrey operator, which it passed with what the Guild says are “flying colours.”

It comes as the Guild celebrates 40 years in 2025. Its 25 members must each pass an audit every two years and satisfy financial criteria. They share a mutual aid package and benefit from regular exchange of best practice, including via tailored focus groups.

Passenger Plus is a multiple award-winning operator and has been lauded for its adoption of technology-enabled processes to deliver coach and bus travel. It has also begun the move to zero-emission.

Guild of British Coach Operators Chairman and Bakers Dolphin Managing Director Max Fletcher (pictured, left) has welcomed Passenger Plus.

“It is an excellent example of a quality operation, and its specialist market positioning adds to the exchange of best practice and mutual aid that the Guild is renowned for,” Mr Fletcher notes.

Passenger Plus Managing Director Mark Drury (pictured, centre) adds: “The Guild endorses our concept of quality, independent, like-minded operators sharing knowledge and experience; an organisation that has considerable merit and which we are delighted to be a part of.”
