Carolyn Ferguson has been named Chief People Officer by the Go-Ahead Group.

Ms Ferguson has been with the business since 2001 and has held the position of Company Secretary since 2006. She retains that responsibility.

In her new role, Ms Ferguson will oversee Go-Ahead’s culture, transformation agenda, diversity and inclusion strategy, succession and talent development. She is a qualified coach and mentor and will be a member of the group’s executive committee.
